Damn, there it is again. That pulse, that overwhelming desire to escape.
I'm just a prisoner in this flesh.
How I long to take to the skies, to visit the realms of humanity's dreams.
That's where I belong.
Among the demons and beasts, leviathans and spirits, in the land of illusions.
My skin is a cage.
That place is but a fleeting dream to mankind, but to me it is home.
I'm a refugee here.
Caught in a world I don't belong, this world is my nightmare.
Constrained, constricted, bound in chains, my instinct screams to flee.
I am a lost traveler. I only long to be freed.
