The road to peace is paved with corpses,
this I know to be true.
And if you dare get in my way,
the newest corpse will be you.
My sanity? No, I think not it exsists:
twas lost long ago.
I've sacrificed my life for the greater good,
and still I've got nothing to show.
A hollow soul, an empty shell,
I've no more life to me.
So let me live out my dark days.
Simply let me be.
Nothing has come from my fruitless search,
no solution was found.
I've devoted my life to saving this earth,
yet cruelty still abounds.
No more shall I try to help,
the pittiful human race.
For they defy rescue and live in sin,
unable to keep the pace.
Foolishness, cruelty, greed and lust,
the ingredients for human life.
I shall chain it down to these dark walls,
and run it through with my knife.
